Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GenLume AI.

Accounts and Sign-In

GenLume AI uses Google OAuth to create and authenticate user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.

Using the Service

You must use GenLume AI lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content.

Enforcement

Content that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy may be refused. We may restrict an account or terminate access to the service when necessary to address violations, abuse, or safety risks.

Your Content

You are responsible for the prompts, reference materials, and other content you submit, as well as the outputs you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that content and must not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

AI Generation and Credits

GenLume AI sends generation requests to third-party AI providers and uses a credits system to measure paid usage. The credits required for a request are determined by the service based on the selected feature and parameters. Credits are deducted through the service's billing process when a generation request proceeds, and eligible failed requests are handled under the service's current refund rules.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

GenLume AI offers paid subscriptions, and Creem processes subscription checkout and payments. Subscriptions renew for the selected billing interval until canceled. You can cancel a subscription from within GenLume AI. Cancellation stops renewal, while access to the paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges for a billing period that has already been purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Third-Party AI Models

GenLume AI provides an independent interface and workflow built on top of third-party AI models. GenLume AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the respective model providers.

No Warranty

The service and generated outputs are provided as-is. AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
