Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains content and activities that are not permitted when using GenLume AI.

Scope

This policy applies to user accounts, prompts, uploaded reference materials, AI generation requests sent to third-party AI providers, generated outputs, and any other use of GenLume AI.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use GenLume AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise sexual content.
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, including fictional, generated, or implied depictions.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, or content that impersonates or misleadingly depicts a real person.
• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, harassment, hateful content, threats, graphic violence, or content that promotes violence.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, likeness, or other third-party rights.
• Attempts to bypass, disable, evade, or interfere with content moderation, usage controls, or other safety restrictions.

Enforcement

We may refuse a generation request, limit an account, or terminate access when activity violates this policy or creates a material safety or legal risk.
