Privacy Policy

GenLume AI is a production AI creation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you create an account, use AI generation features and credits, or purchase a paid subscription.

Account Information

GenLume AI uses Google OAuth for sign-in. When you sign in, we receive account information such as your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image as made available through the authentication process. Supabase is used to authenticate your session and maintain your GenLume AI account and profile. We do not receive your Google password.

AI Generation Content

Prompts, reference images, video, audio, generation parameters, and related task information are sent to GenLume AI servers when you request AI generation. The information needed to fulfill a request is shared with the selected third-party AI provider. Generated outputs, task records, history, and saved assets may be stored so they can be delivered to your account.

Credits and Paid Subscriptions

We maintain records of credit balances, credit transactions, subscription status, billing intervals, and payment-related identifiers needed to operate paid subscriptions. Creem processes subscription checkout and payments. Payment and billing information submitted during checkout is handled by Creem under its own privacy practices; GenLume AI does not store your full payment card number.

Local Workspace Data

Some canvas content, drafts, and workspace preferences may also be stored in your browser's localStorage so the workspace can be restored on the same device and browser. Files you export remain under your control.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and moderate AI generation, route requests to third-party AI providers, deliver and store results, administer credits and subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate GenLume AI, including Supabase for authentication and account data, Vercel for hosting and file storage, Creem for payment processing, and third-party AI providers for generation. These providers process information as needed to perform their services.

Data Retention and Choices

Account, generation, asset, credit ledger, and subscription records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction integrity, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from your account and contact us with privacy questions or account requests.
